Privacy notice

Short version: this website does not collect anything about you.

Please review before publishing. This is an accurate description of how the site as built behaves, but it has not been checked by a solicitor and does not describe how coaching client data is handled once you are working with Strive4.

This website

The site is a set of static pages. There is no database, no analytics, no advertising and no cookies set by Strive4. Nothing you type into the enquiry form is transmitted to or stored on this website — the form assembles a message and hands it to your own email application, where you can read and edit it before sending.

Third parties

Two things on this site are loaded from or link to other organisations, and their own privacy policies apply when you use them:

  • Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google when you load a page.
  • Links to YouTube and JustGiving take you to those services, which set their own cookies and collect their own data.

If the site is hosted on GitHub Pages, GitHub processes server logs including IP addresses as part of serving the site.

If you email me

Your message and email address sit in my mailbox so I can reply. I do not add you to a mailing list. If you would like your correspondence deleted, ask and it will be.

Coaching clients

Once you become a client, more information is involved — health details, goals and progress. All information you give Strive4 is kept in confidence, and your personal and medical details are not made available to third parties unless you give permission. This is set out in full in the client agreement you receive before starting.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask what personal data is held about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. To exercise any of these, email hello@strive4.uk.
